The hotel is spotlessly clean, nicely presented and has magnificent and unbeatable location on tram line to Fleetwood. The room is well decorated and well laid out and the bed is comfortable. It has modern interior design and particularly nice view of the sea and sunsets. The staff are efficient and incredibly hospitable and offer wake up service and ironing free of charge.

The small hotel was luxurious. Excellent service, although a few employees were chatty. Comforts of guest room were fabulous - a lounge and coffee. The location turned out to be excellent and unbeatable, near Town Centre and the Promenade. There was café Deansgate Kitchen, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the venue.

Superb breakfasts with sausages, very competitive prices and beautifully cooked bacon, the staff were super-friendly. The location was magnificent, so close to a tram stop, a pub that does cheap and tasty food and main front attractions. Also, Bispham Parish Church was 2 km away from the hotel.
